Hi Malik,
Are you using the "copy" command as shown in the example below;
The reason for this error message is that the archive command is for the .tar files and cannot be used with .bin files. In order to upgrade using the .bin file, use the copy command.
Router# copy tftp://x.x.x.x/P00307020300.sbn flash:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeinstl.html#wp998282
Hope this helps!

Hi Malik, what CCME version do you have, to register a the conference station:
1. Are you using vlans and DHCP or static IP configuration?
2. Make sure that you have the firmware file on your router flash.
CME(config)#tftp-server flash:filename
3.Associate yout phone with a firmware unter telephony-service config.
- load 7936 firmware-file
4. Create an ephone-dn TAG with a number
5. Create an ephone with the MAC ephone and assiciate the button with the number
ephone 10
mac XXXX.XXXX.XXXX
button 1:DN-TAG
6. Configure your phone 7936 eith the correct IP parameters and it shoukd register with out problems
Hope this help
