how to Configure FXO ports to make PSTN calls

Someone could give me a little help with configuration about callmanager express versao 4.0,
I need that VG receives and sends calls to PSTN by extensions 1XX,but before that happens have to transform for these two numbers 222322090 e 222321990;please check the configuration below:

Not exactly sure what you want to send as the other numbers, but you can use translation rules for that, the literature for translation rules configuration has plenty of usage examples you can use for reference.

I wanna send to PSTN these numbers 222322090 and 222321990,so I have to create a translation rule that transform all my extensions 1XX to these 222322090 and 222321990.
