How to connect Plantronics CS540 wireless headset to cisco phone 8845?

Hi, I am trying to connect my plantronics CS540 wireless headset to my cisco phone 8845. So far, no luck. Any advice? It seems like the phone can't see the wireless headset. There is no dial sound when I turn on my wireless headset and the wireless headset symbol was not light up on the phone.

I use ELECTRONIC HOOK SWITCH CABLE to connect my CS520 with 8851 and it works perfectly. below mentioned cable was used to connect the headset base with the phones.

U need to enable Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control on phone when using this cable. 

and bottom of the base station there is two button which u need to adjust for  better voice.
