How to CUCM Load/Stress Test

Kindly help us ., I would like to make the load/stress test with CUCM.

What is the solution to apply the test ? 

Is there any freeware/trial to apply this test ?

I found the information about the "Sipp" ., I am not sure it is the good solution or not .

I have been told that SIPP was useful on testing it. But Cisco doesn't recommend it..

I finish install the SIPP but i so confuse about the SIP UAS configuration in CUCM.

Does the SIP UAS be the SIP Trunk in CUCM ?

I add the SITP trunk and also point the destination to SIPP client but it not work.
