Hi,
our client needs to open the recording notification tone when their clients call the phone, but they need to customize this tone, according to the law, they must use the legal lauguage to remind their clients.
so do you know how to custom this recording notification tone on CUCM?

What application you use for recording ? if its imagicle, there is an option to enable the recording announcement.
