Hi Experts,
Greetings,
I want to disable speaker button of my IP Phone i.e if a user is having any incoming call, he must not be able to answer it through speaker but can only be able to answer by lifting handset.
we are having CUCM 8.6
Please advice on the same

Check "Disable Speakerphone" on the device page, if you need to do this for many phones you can use BAT.
