How to download cnf.xml file from TFTP

Hi All,

I want to download the phone config file, I am able to download the SEPMAC.cnf.xml.sgn file from browser by using TFTPIP:6970/SEPMAC.cnf.xml.sgn

but i am unable to download only cnf.xml, is there any way that i can download from TFTP CLI

what is the error you getting ?

TFTPIP:6970/SEPMAC.cnf.xml.sgn  - as you mentioned working, but you mentioned only .xml ( have you added .sgn end ?)

If I mention .sgn i am able to download the file , but we only want cnf.xml file

what error do you see on both sides? device side and TFTP side?

are you doing it manually ? or is this an automated process?

Device is in none status, all i want to know is how to check specific SEPMAC.cnf.xml file in TFTP server

As per the research, for 88XX series phone we only get cnf.xml.sgn files
