My desk phone CP 8811 at work has the same extension number as my WiFi phn at home CP8861. Recently the desk phone line keeps lighting up and showing activity while the WiFi phone at home is going crazy. The WiFi phone is flashing it’s display, initiating calls and showing incoming calls from our phone sys admin. The phone team replaced the WiFi phn a few weeks ago and all was well but now it’s started again. They may need some help in troubleshooting any ideas?
