How to Enable Web Access on the ATA 191

I have yet to use the ATA 191. I have experience with other models that have the two ethernet ports in the back. and never had an issue accessing the GUI via IP address.

How do I access the GUI for the ATA 191 that only has one ethernet port in the back. It comes with Web Access Disabled. 

How do I enable Web Access on a new ATA 191?

If this is registered with CUCM, Check if its disabled on the CUCM device page. if disabled enable it and apply configuration and restart the device.
