One of my client having an issue with CDR reporting. They are using Tiger tmg for billing purpose few international calls from direct from the extension is showing as zero seconds in call accounting software.when I checked in CDR report it's having the details.

The Call accounting software team required CDR details as a report how I can export those details to a file.I share the screenshot but call accounting team required it as a report.

CDR records are generated per-CCM service/node and then moved to the publisher as CSV files. Once on the publisher two things happen:
1. If enabled, /CAR ingests the flat file into it’s own database.
2. If Billing Server(s) are defined, the same CSV file is copied over SFTP/FTP to them.

So, if CAR shows a complete record of the call then the CDR record was generated correctly and the issue is with your 3rd-party CDR application (aka billing server).
