how to export users on CUCM 11 using BAT (export .csv format)

guys i want add around 500 end users on CUCM 11 SO I Created 1 user manually  and i export it so that i can add the rest of the users and upload->Insert  it,but the export is .txt format and when i change it to .csv tried to insert it i am getting error.so my question how to export the one user i created manually on .csv format not .txt format.

Yasir do u want to add 500 or xxx new phones in ur Cm right??? mannual it takes time by bulk u can easily .. is it your question???

i want export from CUCM 11 my users on .csv format modify them and import them back to cucm.

I would recommend using the BAT.xlt file to add users in bulk.

You don't get to choose the format, you'll always get a txt, you can simply google "how to convert txt to csv" and viceversa, to work with the files.
