How to find the number of calls made to a particular extension without using CDR.
Suppose number of calls made to an extension (12341) from any extension for a day or so.

Short of looking for these calls though CUCM trace logs, I cannot think of another method.

There is no other real way outside of CDR, ideally you would have robust 3rd party CDR product that can allow for nice recording as Cisco CDR tool is crapy. Your only other method would be to find these calls in logs.

Hi Chris ,
We dont have any other 3rd part tool. Also there is some issues with one of the subscriber. We cant find calls processed by that subscriber sometimes.
Please name one 3rd party tool which will be helpful.

If you are just looking for some specific calls then you can use the built-in CMR/CDR tool and search by extension.
