how to find the VG2204 mac address?

We have planned to install VG224 for analog phone and modem devices with using SCCP standard. In CCM, it need to enter mac address of vg224 to add voice gateway. I would like to ask where can i find this mac address. Labels on the VG224 does not show the MAC address.

Hi Fernando,

You can run the command show diag and from there u can find the CHASSIS MAC-Address under Chassis Serial Number.

You need to enter that MAC in CUCM.
