How to get ALL "CDR" from CUCM

Greetings,

I need to get "ALL LOGS" from CUCM because of a legal issue that has come up. I know I can get CDR from RTMT but how can I get logs from 2002 to 2018 or all the logs that are in the CDR database?

Any help would be great.

Logs and CDR are 2 completely different things, CDR data is stored in database and logs are stored only as long as space allows for it, which is nowhere near to 16 years even in small environments.  You can pull the logs using RTMT or CLI, CUCM guides provide instructions on how to do that.

Ok correct and thanks, but what is the length of time I can capture CDR for the legal department. The question proposed to me is "can I get CDR from the start of CUCM lifecycle" how far can I go back for this type of CDR. 30,60,90, or 3650 days? LOL
