Hello all,
Please how can i get (or see) the CDR of a Call Manager 4.2 and do research on calls?

First of all, have you installed CAR already???
It comes by default in 5.X and above but in Windows versions it's a plugin you need to install in order to use it.

Indeed if you want a nice interface and limit your search you should set up CAR.
Or if you are not looking for an interface, you can also search the CDR database manually via SQL. Make sure the insercdr service is activated on the publisher and that CDR is enabled in the parameters for each node.
