Hi there,
We recently received two PAK numbers of UCCS Licenses from our gold partner. Can some body please tell me where this needs to be installed and how?

Hi
You don't install it as such; your partner will register it and link it to your support contracts so that you get the upgrade entitlements etc that come with UCSS.

Hi Sarwarm,
Aaron is correct[+5].
the PArt code mentioned by you seems to be for licenses for CUWL Standard.
UCSS PAK numbers need to be sent to ucss-support@external.cisco.com along with contract number which would activate the UCSS subscription.
Later on, when u do the upgrade u need to place the order through e-delivery and u would be getting PAK numbers which finally neeed to be sent to licensing@cisco.com to get the licenses and uploaded onto Call Manager.
to place the order through E-delivery, u need to visit www.cisco.com/upgrade . Enter your valid contract number and go through Guided option.
