How do we use TAPI for the integration of CUCM and CRM. The CRM will acquire the information of the caller through CUCM.

Our client wants to use TAPI for their CRM to get the CDR from CUCM.

How is it possible for the ff:

In CUCM Log of Calls Report, when is the record being saved?
