What do you see in DNA? Your writing that you see it fail by this “i am able to see in records that the call is fail due to this cause”. What is that cause?

If you are speaking about call logs in CUCM, you need to check them via RTMT and download them via RTMT.
DNA/CAD doesn't provide any logs, just call detail records, ...

sorry now i correct my post please go through it
Hello @b.winter
can you please provide me the steps of RTMT where i can take out call failure logs and to see the cause of failure.
means DNA/CDA only give us the call flow information, if the call failed so we can’t see it in DNA/CDA right…?
via DNA/CDA
Thank you

What about my first part of the reply to you? “What do you see in DNA?” Does DNA show that the call should succeed based on the configuration of the device where this users calls from?

There are a lot of posts how to use RTMT https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-videos/rtmt/ba-p/3102764

You need the CallManager logs, also known as SDL. If you’re not completely new to the Collaboration area you should know how to collect logs via RTMT as that’s a very common thing to do. Especially if you ever have worked with TAC as they almost always request to get some kind of logs. If you don’t know then I would suggest that you search for it on Google, or whatever search engine you might prefer. I’m sure that with a minimum amount of effort on your end you’ll be able to find ample options that describes how to do this.

I am much new with RTMT so I don’t want to collect unnecessary logs
thats why I asked you tell me which option i have to select to only shows me where the call is failed

As stated it’s the CallManager logs that you’d need. But if you’re new to this it’s not going to be an easy task to read the SDL traces. Their not written in an super easy way to read.
