how to not inadvertantly pick up a call on a multiline phone

I have a user with multiple lines on their phone. Often she will go to make a call but someone opens up a line on her phone at the same time. The undesired extension is switched to active just when she is trying to place a call and she gets inadvertantly connected to the wrong line. How to change this behavior on the phone?

Can you try setting "Always Use Prime Line" to "On" on the device configuration page?
