Hello I have captured pcm from my voice gateway and want to play the file on my computer to hear the quality of the call.
What program will allow me to play the pcm capture and look at the wav form, I have been trying to use audacity but have no luck importing the audio.
Thanks

Try Wavepad from NCH
http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html
There is a free trial and it is pretty cheap if you decide you want to buy it.

Sorry that program doesn't play them. I'm not sure what the proper import settings for sample, codec other setting are. I know TAC uses audacity to look at the wave forms of the pcm but i'm not sure if they are pre-converted or what setting they use to import the file.

A PCM capture extraction tool is used by TAC to decode the PCM capture and get the audio files. I would recommend you to open a TAC case and get the actual audio files extracted.
Hope that helps

Thanks,
The turn around time to send a file to cisco TAC and have them extract and listen to the file, sent it back to me and then I listed is much to long. I want to perform a test call and analise it on the spot for pri or pstn quality issues.
This tool should be avaiable for partners.
