How to power off UCS210 safely .... please {{urgent}}

Hi

We are planning for power outage tomorrow , I have 2 UCS210 which include my ( cucm pub and sub, cuxn, uccx, cucm) .
I want to shut it down (switch it off ) how to do that safely and what about VGW 3945.

Just shut down the VMs via CLI or OS admin, then from vSphere you can shutdown the server.

From CLI of each app issue "util system shutdown", VM should stop automatically when the app powers down, then from CIMC you can shutdown the physical server.

Login to CIMC and press Power On server

If your VMs are configured to start automatically (recommended setting) all VMs will come online automatically, if not then start the VMs manually.
