Dear All,
I would like to know whether phone conversation can be recorded? If yes, how do I do that?
For your information I have a mediasense server in the network, let me know if this will help to record calls?
Quick help would be helpful.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Chakshu,
Thank you for your help!
Does it require license? what kind of license?

You do not require any license for MS as it works on Right To Use license concept. Refer below:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/mediasense/105/User_Guide/CUMS_BK_M5B01864_00_ms-user-guide-105.pdf
Also take a look at below document in order to understand major types of recording available with MS and their related configuration

Thank you Deepak,
The PDF has 138 pages, I have gone through the highlights of the document. It says mediasense is trust based licensing, and do not need to install any mediasense licenses.
Since, I have already had mediasense server installed and it is up and running fine, but what I need to know is the phones that are already registered in the cluster can now be enabled for call recording? or do I need anything else to enable this feature on these phones.
Please suggest, meantime I shall go through the document.
Hope you understand.
Thank you

As mentioned earlier as well you do not need any license. Simply perform the required configuration and you should be good.
Go through the links provided earlier first and come back if you have questions
