how to reduce 10 seconds delay from tcl script after greeting msg till call transfer

Hi,

I m using tcl "its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl" Cisco by default script. Script file is also attached. Right now its working but having 10 seconds delay after greeting till call transfer. I want to reduce that delay. kindly reply ASAP. its urgent, i have to deploy tomorrow.
