How to reduce number of rings

Hello,

 

I want to reduce delay timer in our voice Gateway as we do not need to wait for 3 rings to hear auto-attendant voice mail when we call our office numbers from outside. Instead, I would like to immediately start auto-attendant voice mail as soon as outside callers dial in one of our office landlines.

If the call is forwarded to the autoattendant after dialing a main DID then you may check the " call-forward noan target-number timeout seconds " command on the gateway to configure the timeout value. If the call flow is different, please share the details of the same.
