How to setup pin for national or international calling on 3905 phones

Hi,

I have this new project on CME along with IP phones 3905.

I was just trying to find if there is any work around or scripts that i can use for calling national and International number using a pin.

Any help in this regards will be appreciated.

What i failed to understand here is that will everyone have same password or can we keep unique passwords for each user. 

I understand that this password or pin will work on all the phones but i would like to know can it co-exist with after-hours pin??

Also how to apply it to dial-peer for national and international calls.

so that the user do not have to put pin for each and every call.
