Mobile Twinning Feature on Cisco IP Phones - Need Help

Dear Experts;

I got requirement from user to implement "Mobile Twining" feature on cisco phones. I checked on internet the same feature is used by AVAYA:

The same feature i want to implement on cucm 9.1 is it possible if yes then how i can perform this..... please help that's new for me...

Yes, Cisco calls it Single Number Reach.  Provide the self care portal to your end-users, and they could add their cells phones to it, so incoming calls ring both at desktop phone and cell phone at same time.
