Hi All,
I sent broadcast message to existing user in cisco unity connection 8.6 2 weeks ago. but the problem is when i create new voicemail user. the new user will hear the broadcast message after they enroll as connection user.
How to stop/delete/disable broadcast message that i was created.

Hi Helmi,
If you access the Broadcast Message Administrator the exact
same way you did when first sending out the "Broadcast" you will be
given the options to;
- send new Broadcast
- review existing Broadcast
- delete existing Broadcast

Hi Rob,
2 weeks ago, I sent broadcast message by call handler. after sent that broadcast message, i deleted the call handler.
today, i create new call handler for broadcast message, but only given 1 option for send new broadcast
is there any way to stop/delete broadcast message?

Hi Helmi,
Are you using the same login credentials to access the
Broadcast Admin conversation? I believe only the person who sent
the Broadcast can cancel it. One thing to keep in mind is that
this Broadcast won't last indefinitely, I think it's 30 days as the default

Hi Rob,
The case is solved right now. i just create a new user and give authorize " user can Send and Update broadcast message on this server " in send message setting configuration.
