How to upgrade firmware of IP Phones using TFTP and laptop

Hai

Can anyone help me, how to upgrade the firmware of IP Phones using TFTP and laptop.

Actually my phone is running firmware version 9.1.0 but our CUCM firmware is 9.3.

the phones can't get the latest firmware from CUCM. but phones are working fine.

So any one please tell me how to upgrade it through locally using my laptop.

one friend send me the bellow link but the picutres are missing. So i can't try it
