Howto migrate licensing device callmanager

Sirs,

We purchased the Cisco UC540W-BRI-K9 (s/n FHK1111) plus CallManager license device.
Unfortunately, the above-mentioned device has gone broke. Then we re-purchased same model UC540W-BRI-K9 (with s/n FHK2222).
Is it possible migrate to this new device CallaManager license from old broken device?

How can we do that? XML file...mmh

We don’t have opportunity to re-contact the selling point of UC540W-BRI-K9 (devices are not under warranty)
