HTTP Status 404 – /cdr

Hello community reader

I have a CUCM cluster of 4 servers [1 pub 3 subs] System version: 12.5.1.11900-146. one of the subscribers show the error message below when navigating to https://CucmSubIP/cdr. we can navigate to the /cdr url on the subscribers servers. 

HTTP Status 404 – /cdr

type: Status Report

Message: /cdr

Description: http.404

i have restated tomcat, platform admin and cdr agent. no luck

Is the subscriber that is not showing that URL a call processing node? (Meaning: Running the Cisco CallManager Service) And, for that specific subscriber has the collection of CDRs been enabled in the Service Parameters for the Cisco CallManager service?

(I'm not familiar with that URL. I'm familiar with the CAR tool, though. What does the /cdr do for you?)
