Hello all!
We have a hunt group with several members. One of the members is requesting a way to be alerted the call is coming in for the hunt group and not their personal extension. I think they would like it to keep the original CNAME and Caller ID. Is there a way to add "(For Hunt Group)" or something similar on an incoming call? I saw an older post where someone suggested using calling party transformation prefix digits to add a number sequence to notify a user that a call was for the hunt group, which may work.
We would normally get around this by adding a second extension to their phone and adding that to the hunt group, rather than their personal extension. This won't work if their lines are full.
We have CUCM 10.5.
Any help is much appreciated!

Use the "Alerting Name" fields in the Hunt Pilot configuration.
That name will be displayed on the phones when a call is directed to through that pilot.
