HUNT GROUP - PICK UP CALL

Hello, everybody!

Quick question, On CME 11.5 (isr 2901) Is it possible to use the Pick Up Call function inside the hunt group?

After enable the IVR/B-ACD, the calls are going to specific hunt groups, inside the group people would like to pull calls from empty extension positions.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Call pickup for B-ACD will work for SCCP phones and not for SIP phones as long as "call-park system application" is not enabled under telephony service.

Hello Aseem,

I have the same issue (see discussion CME SIP issues not seen in CME SCCP) and although the call-park system application is enabled, when the call goes to the hunt group, the SIP phone can not pickup the call. If the incoming call goes to an extension number, then the pickup works fine.

I have upgraded to CME to version 11.6 and the phones to the relevant firmware versions and the problem is still there...

If that is a known issue, how can we bypass it (if not solve it) ?
