Hunt Group Queue Logout question

CUCM CUC IMP 11.5 - I followed a queue setup and this works well. Users have 7841 phones with lines 1) Users Extension 2) Hunt Group Ext. 3) Que Status 4) HG Login button.  Normally, if a user misses a call on the hunt group ext, they get logged out, great. However, if they are talking on their User Extension and miss the Hunt Group call (of course) they get logged out too. Is there an option for the system to recognize they are still at the phone and try them again on the next call ? Meaning, not log them out if they are using the phone.

Nope. Whether a user is automatically logged out if they don't answer a hunted call is a configuration parameter on the Line Group. But the hunting process itself doesn't look at the busy status of a line. The reason for this is that a shared line appearance might be in a line group and someone who is on a call on that line already should not stop the hunting to the line.
