Good morning. We've got a strange problem, where we've got a broadcast hunt group that calls 6 extensions at the same time. When we originally installed and tested it several months ago, it seemed to work fine. Now though, when you call the Hunt Pilot number assigned to the group, it rings twice and then goes fast busy. It does actually ring all of the phones as it should, we've confirmed that, but it only rings twice. There are a mixture of standard IP phones (7911, 7942) and some analog phones connected to a VG204 in the hunt line group. Calling each of these phones individually works fine.
We're using CUCM 7.1. I tried resetting the hunt list, but it didn't help. Any ideas?
