Hi,
I have an issue in hunt group We have CUCM 7.1.5
We have a Hunt Group configured using mostidle for the algorithim.
We have 10 members in that group.only one particular DN phone is not able to ring in the hunt group and matching the configuration from the other phones.

There is a softkey button called hlog. Can you ensure the user has not press it and logged out of the hunt group. Can you press the hlog key on the phone and login back to the hunt group

+5 to Deji for his great tips here I just wanted to add this method as well;
For this member of the Line Group can you have a look at their Phone Configuration page via cucmadmin?
Make sure this checkbox is checked;
Logged into Hunt Group

Can you check that the memebr is not logged out of the hunt group. ?

Hi Aokanlawon,
How to check,this member is the part of the Hunt group.if i call direct number it is working,while in the hunt it is not working.
