hunt pilot CFNA issue

dear all ,

iam facing somethig strange from my ccx script i made call refirect to huntpilot of apecifiec group---- afterredirection succeed it goes to this huntpilot

i made my settin when hunt group no answer i put in the hunt pilot page callforward no answer to anumber which is the trigger of anohter ccx application

the strange thing that although this group contact 7 lines it didnt take more than 5 or 6 sec and go to the trigger of the uccx it rings the first line only in the huntpilot group

all setting is the default which each dn in the grou hould ring for 10 sec to go to the other line in the group which should take more than more than 1 minute

is there is any recommendation

uccxappliction-----huntpilot(ifnoanswer)----go to another uccx application trigger number

On the Line Group page, can you please check these

two settings;

Required Field

Hunt Options
Required Field
Required Field
Required Field

It sounds like the No Answer field - may not be set to route through all the

Line Group members
