Hi,
I would like to be able to forward all incoming calls to a hunt pilot when there is a team meeting.
I can't use CFNA because there are a lot of phones in the line group (all the rooms are not always open to unlog all phones).
Do you have an idea?

Call forward settings are ignored when a call arrives via a hunt pilot, so that would not work. Aside from using hlog on each device, you would need to alter the call routing in CUCM to make that happen.

It's a bodge in a way, but we have some customers who use a shared line instead of a hunt group for this very reason. They present the shared line as the first line on one particular phone, then they can use the Call Forward All softkey on that phone as needed. All other phones have their personal lines first, and the shared line on a secondary button.

You could set up a translation which routes the DN to a TP such as 44207330xxx which will just "continues" to the users then you could divert to a hunt pilot when required
