Hello,
I have a scenario where incoming call needs to ring to both manager and secretary phones at the same time, in the event that nobody answer than its going to hunt to a group of 2 secretary. I was able to accomplish this building 2 line group . my challenge is in the event that the first secratary logs off the hunt , how can I get the next member to take her place?I tried using a shared line eliminating the second LG,manager doesn't need to log off , but that didn't work.
I'm using CUCM version 7.1.5
