I can make a call phone but extension doesn't receive the call

Hi everyone,

I have a UC540 and two lines connected

When I make a call phone to one line, everything it is ok. However when I make a call for other line I can hear the call signal, but the extension doesn´t ring and doesn't receive any notification of the call. I tried change the extension but the problem keeps.

When I do a test with CCA "Dial Plan Test" the result of test is correct.

Anybody can help me?

Possibly the line is not connected properly, or not woring.

Sory I put this ansmwer as correct, but I don't know if it is correct.

I think that line is not connected properly I may not to hear signal of call correct.

Yes you would. Just like if you disconnect an home phone and someone calls, they will hear ringback and no answer.
