Hello:

I have the following issue:

I am trying to donwload this logs:

-      “Event Viewer – Application Logs”, from all nodes-

“Event Viewer – System Logs”, from all nodes-

Cisco CallManager” ,(Detailed) from all nodes

I have tried to do it with commands.

ctivelog cm/trace/ccm/sdl/SDL.*

    activelog cm/trace/ccm/calllogs/calllogs_.txt

    activelog cm/trace/ccm/sdi/ccm.txt

And I have this answer from the CLI:

admin:file get activelog cm/trace/ccm/sdl/SDL.*
Please wait while the system is gathering files info ...done.
Sub-directories were not traversed.
No files matched filter criteria.

How ever if I use the RTMT I have this ouput: (choosen only Call manager componet)

mar ene 26 17:12:24 CET 2016 xxxxxx.com: getting list of files to download.
mar ene 26 17:12:28 CET 2016 xxxxx.com: getting list of files successful.

187 files (300,89 Mbytes) will be downloaded.
mar ene 26 17:12:28 CET 2016 Downloading 'messages' from 'xxxxx.com' to 'C:\Users\xxx\Cisco\RTMT\TraceCollection\2016-01-26_17-12-23\xxxxxx.com\syslog'.
mar ene 26 17:12:28 CET 2016 Error - Download of 'messages' from 'xxxxxx.com' failed.

RTMT finds 187 files althoug I don´t know why I am having a download error.

Why I have this mismach? I have also a lot of buttoms that it does´t work in RTMT. I have tried to configure "trace file repositores" but the save buttom doesn´t respond.

Best Regards

Hi,

Can you try the following

admin:file get activelog cm/trace/ccm/sdl/*.*

I get the same error if i try the command that you tried as the syntax is incorrect, it works if you use the command that i specified above.
