IAD- Call control for long distance with PIN

We have a client that has a need for blocking long distance.  They need to be able to dial a long distance number- then put in a security pin to allow that call to go thru.  Is there a way to program this into the IAD?

You can just configure dial-peer to require a special code to be prefixed for long disctance calls.
