Hi,
I have a remote office user complaining that someone is calling one extension, but the call is coming to them.
i'm attaching a trace from what the calling number is to the called number.
Can someone see why this may be happening?

Looks like 5303 is redirected to 5309, make sure that 5303 does not have callForwardAll set to point to 5309.

I should of said this. some calls IB to 5309 are being redirected to 5303.
I could not find any of the redirect message definition of the web.

Check forwarding settings on the DN.

I did there is no forwarding on the DN
