Dear All
I have connected 2 CUCM Cluster via ICT Trunk when user make a call itsshown "ASCII Alerting name" instead of "Alerting Name." of the calling party. but on the same cluster it shown "Alerting Name." Normally.
Please Help

Hello,
Please check the alerting name and the ASCII alerting name on the DN's of the calling number. Also please have a check on the duplicate DN's which might have been already configured.

That is the default; you will need to check "Transmit UTF-8 for Calling Party Name" on the SIP Trunk to use "Alerting Name" instead of "ASCII Alerting Name"
