I am wondering if i need a gatekeeper in order to enable Call Admission Control between two Call Manager Cluster connected using ICT (those CcM belongs to the same company)
The SRND says no but any one has done it and can confirm it.
that is correct. a gatekeeper is not needed. The Location you apply to the ICT is what will control the CAC bandwidth for the incoming/outgoing calls between clusters.
