Identify the number the inbound call came in on

We have an office that has several inbound numbers and they would like to be able to identify the number the user called so they are able to personalize their message when answering.

 

xxx-xxx-xxx1 - thank you for calling team A
xxx-xxx-xxx2 - thank you for calling team B

 

Any way to display or modify the incoming call display?

Hi,

 

How do you currently route your calls for those numbers?

 

One of the option would be to send calls to newly created call handlers in Unity Connection and after playing the greeting message, send calls back to the right place in CUCM. You can also use Native Call Queining in CUCM depending on the version you have.

This is quite easy requirement. It all depends on how are you providing IVR service? Simplest method is listed below by @Mikolaj Moryto
