Hi,
I have set our customers 7945's with an idle timeout, which is good, BUT the users are all complaining that when they get an incoming call, they can't see who is calling because the display remains black.....
is this a bug? is there a way around it?

Hi,
Check ' Display On When Incoming Call ' is enabled or not in your phones configuration window
It is for Disable/enable automatic illumination of the LCD screen when a call is received.
Default: Disabled
