We have Call Manager 5.1 and we are looking for a way to set Extension Mobility to automatically log out after 15 mins of Idle time. There is nothing listed for this in system- service parameters. Is there a way to set this up?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

there is no "idle timer" only the force logout after X time since login. what you're looking for of reset some timer based on activity is not implemented in any version
HTH
java
if this helps, please rate

Hi Jamie,
Is idle timeout settings implemented in cucm 10.5?
Because one of our customer is force the extension to logout after idle for 5 days?
All the users are contact centre users and using uccx and phone model -7841 SIP phone.
Let me know whether any other alternative to do this?

No, answer remains the same. You only have the logout parameter, but that will be applied whether you're using the phone, or it's idle.
Not sure if there might be a way to configure the idle URL to use the EM logout url, you'd have to explore that option, but this means you'd need to customize the URL for every single device

Look at the help from the parameter to get that info, it should have the minimum and maximum values.
