Hi,
I am encoutering an issue in which PA is facing issue in tranfering call to Manager.
1.Both PA and Manager phones are 7961.
2.Both phones are running with SIP load name 41.9-2-3s.
3.Checked in L2 configuration found ok.
4. It showing requesting on PA's phone while transfering of call.
5.Reconfigured IPMA 3 times but still issue persists.(no issue found with IPMA configuration).
6.I am using call manager 8.5
Pls suggest reasons for this issue and how can i troubleshoot it.

What is your Call Manager Version and load on the phones?

Hi Nadeem,
1. Both phones are of 7961 model with load name 41.9-2-3s.
2. Call manager version is 8.5.1.14900-5
