Inbound Calls FXO Port

Good day!!

I have a doubt, I have one CME with FXO port and a few SIP phones (5), I'm trying to get inbound calls to reach one specific extension,  for instance 1001 (receptionist).

When I dial to PSTN calls go outside without issues, perfect sound, no echo, everything works great.

The problem is when I try to get incoming calls to the fxo port to reach receptionist extension (1001) which is a SIP phone 7821 series.

My inbound config is as follows:

dial-peer voice 1 pots
 translation-profile incoming Incoming_PSTN
 incoming called-number 9010101 (example)
 direct-inward-dial
 port 0/2/0

Call is well received by the Router but can not find any method to route the call directly to the receptionist phone.

I really appreciate your help as no config had work for me. (I have tried answer-address also)

Thanks !!!

Use "connection plar opx 1001" command at that fxo voice port(0/2/0).

Use "connection plar opx 1001" command at that fxo voice port(0/2/0).

Suresh

try this:

voice-port 0/2/0

connection plar opx 1001

caller-id enable

I presumed you have configured your  ext.# 1001  to be associated with your ephone-dn #.ephone # and button

example only:

ephone-dn 1

number 1001

etc.

ephone 1

device-security-mode

mac-address
