Inbound CLID name - CUCM

I have a large list of translation patterns for outbound speed dials.  Works fine for outbound, and of course we can mask the calling ID outbound

For inbound, Id like to have names attached to this same list, for example 18005555555 calls and I see "Bob's Plumbing".  Its about 400 numbers and of course the PSTN only sends in a number. Whats the best way to do this?  Translation seems to only be for numbering inbound

If I put them in a global directory would that accomplish it? If so, is there a way to bulk admin this from CUCM?

CUCM doesn't support number to name resolution.

You need a 3rd party to do that, Paolo has a script for that.
